Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Google (Mountain View, CA) en dic 2010
Entrevista
The overall interview process started off well. Expectations were set about a phone interview followed by a day of in-person interviews. However, once the process began, it became clear that they have trouble following their own process. Ultimately, it took 2 months to get to the offer and by that time I find another job. The people are smart and seem fun to work with, but if they can't get their hiring process right, there are going to be more challenges in the day-to-day.

Overall a lot of steps to the interview process. Talked to different people and had opportunities to ask questions. Many different stages which made it a lengthy process overall. Wasn't too bad.
