1 screening call, 3 interviews - Googleyness, GCA & general interview. went from one to another pretty quickly, then google disappeared for 1 month with no asnwer, was sent an update through a diffrent recruiter who i have never spoke too, which updated me im still in considaration. another month passed until i finally asked what is the status of my application. got invited to a "feedback call", which i asked prior, is this a feedback call because im not progressing? they refused to answer. then i hopped on a 5 min call with two indian recruiters who never been part of the procces that told me i they cant share any feedback with me which was an hilarious thing to do in a 'feedback call". when i asked why i didnt pass? they said its not what the team was looking for. i asked why it took 2 months to realize that? they had no answer. also didnt have no feedback or reason whatsoever to the proccess. one of the most unprofessional procceses i have ever been through. i was kinda amazed of how inconsiderable the hr and company regarding the candidates.
