recruiting process: 2 stars
I submitted an application online and waited around 3 weeks. I ended up contacting a recruiter wondering why I hadn't received a confirmation of my application submission and she directed me to two external links to fill out. That was a little frustrating.
I was then contacted immediately by another recruiter who asked me to give her 5 free dates to interview. I emailed her that day and she didn't respond for 2 weeks. I emailed her again and she asked for more dates. She set up an interview the week before finals week. That was also frustrating because all the dates I previously gave her were for much earlier in the month.
I asked my recruiter to update my resume on file, but this information was not relayed to the interviewers.
interview process: 3.5 stars
I had 2 45 minute technical phone interviews. The first one was very awkward and I felt pretty uncomfortable with the interviewer. She was nice but didn't give me any introduction to the technical question (in terms of the data structure I was using etc) which forced me to ask a lot of questions that I otherwise wouldn't have had to ask and made me feel super flustered. the interview was also cut short by 10 minutes, I don't know why. She asked me questions that were on my old resume, not the new one I sent in, so that was frustrating (although not her fault).
The second interviewer was very nice, experienced, and made me feel very comfortable over the phone. We got through 3 questions and when I was stuck he would ask me leading questions about the problem. I had a very good experience with him.
follow up: 4 stars
My recruiter called and left a message and then sent me an email with very vague feedback. I ended up getting an offer to apply for "CodeU", although I'm not sure what that is exactly. Overall I thought the process was a waste of time when other companies are much more responsive and quick to follow-up.
for reference I am a sophomore.

I recommend going over linked lists, recursion, and string manipulation. The questions were extremely straightforward and you should be able to answer them if you took a beginners algorithms class.

I applied for the position online. A recruiter reached out and scheduled two back to back phone interviews. The first one was behavioral and included a code reading portion, and the second one was a technical coding question.

Short essay responses included with resume and then 2 back to back 45 minute interviews, both technical questions. Nothing very complicated (certainly not the level you get for the real software engineering internship) but they're still looking for smart people who absolutely know their stuff. It's important to review your computer science courses and understand fundamentals, but don't expect some crazy question from Leetcode to pop up.

Applied online and heard back about two weeks later. There were two technical phone interviews, 45 minutes each. Interviewers were super friendly. The interviews were mostly technical, and the second interviewer asked a few questions about my resume.
