I went through the first HR screening then first round with hiring manager.
he asked very open ended technical questions in 45 mins around 6 questions which needed more details to reach conclusions .

open ended technical questions related to google products like how they might work and what you understand from them.
Two process interview. was not clear. first interview with recruiter which thought it will go well. second with Hiring manager which was not clear what was asked or needed. Not sure why went through this.

Entrevista
had first interview with recruiter - she was nice. thought that I was the right person for the job. Second interview with manager from the US. was less good. felt like the main reason for the interview was to hire a similar person to the person who was interviewing. we talked at night (for me) and was 30 min over the interview allocated time, but the morning after I got a rejection call.
I did 3 rounds of interview as part of the loop. 4th interview got postponed and eventually they decide not proceed with my application. The interviewers were from West Virginia and London. They were great and I enjoyed the interviews. Just disappointed that I couldn’t land the role.
