Recruiter reached out to me directly and we had a 30 minute call to discuss the role and qualifications necessary. I was then sent a unique link to apply for the role to bypass the traffic from the original job post. Since then, I heard nothing. The recruiter dropped off the face of the earth it seems, no response from the internal team to which I’d applied for the role. Very poor form overall for a company who aims to be the top company to work for. Some correspondence wouldn’t go amiss.

Previous experience and relevance for the current role
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.

rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
