HR Phone Scanning - Only 30 minutes. However, the TA was late for 7 minutes, didn't have my CV, she had no idea why my application passed the pool selection. And the beginning of Q&A started 15-min late. She was very rushing, pushing my answer and not patient enough to listen.

The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.

Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
