Find a way in - once you're in you're likely to get an interview but unless you go through to BOLD Immersion (Sophomore) or BOLD Internship (Junior), it's tough to come across, especially for full-time opportunity without the internship.
3-4 part interview process, takes awhile over months usually up to 2-3 months, recruiters are usually quick to respond but ambiguous, you won't know who his interviewing you before they interview you so researching your interviewer is not a thing

First, you have to fill out an online form and answer some preliminary questions, basically testing the way you think and respond to situations. Based on that, you move to the next phase, which is an interview with two different product managers where they test your Googlyness. They were both very nice and kind when interviewing. I wish I had prepared more, but looking back, I also realized I didn't have enough experience.

What kind of research would I do before launching a certain product of theirs? and how would I market it. Definitely try to be familiar with their products before the interview
