I was contacted about this job by a recruiter. The recruiter was externally helpful and walked me through everything from how my resume should look and what questions will be asked. A week after being contacted I had an interview on the Google campus. The interview was short and to the point. The questions asked were about the job and the project. At the end of the interview I was told I would hear back from the by the close of business the next day. I did not back from them for another 5 days. The next interview was scheduled on Google Hangout. I was suppose to talk with a project manager and an administrative assistant. A few days before the interview the time was changed from 10:30 to 2:30. On the day of the interview I got a call from the administrative assistant at 2:30 asking if it would be ok if we change the time to 4. A few minutes past 4 I got a call from the project manager. He said they were having technical problems with Google hangout among other things and asked if we could reschedule for another day or do the interview at that moment on the phone. I picked to interview on the phone and the project manager let out an irritated huff. He seemed unprepared for an phone interview and extremely bothered with my choice. The questions were kind of repetitive and at times I could not even hear him clearly. It sounded like he was talking on a cellphone while driving a car with the windows down. At the end of the interview he rattled of a list of people I would still need to interview with. I did not expect to hear anything back after the phone interview, but a week later I was told I was not a good personality match for the team.
