Interview two senior IT staff members, seemed positive although they didn't give much away. Received a declined offer one week later unfortunately. Overall process was positive and worth the experience.
It was a positive experience with very interesting and helpful people. The questions were very reasonable too, as far as I know. Didn't take too long, either. Not sure what else to say here.

I spoke to a recruiter on the phone to talk through the process. They mentioned the expectations for the role and the salary band. It was the first step, so it was pretty surface level with the questions and just an attempt to get an understanding of my career path.
