30-minute telephone screening/interview, which focussed primarily on a brief runthrough of past experience with a couple of scenario-based questions to demonstrate understanding of various platforms, scripting languages and analytical/statistical principles
This was followed by 3-hours on-site. There were three 1-hour interviews with different stakeholders, each with their own angle on what was expected from the role. Similar format to phone screening, with a brief run-through of previous experience followed by a number of scenario-based questions but this time demonstrating both technical knowledge as well as personality/communication/problem solving/teamwork type questions.
