Round 1 with hiring manager. It was only about GCA question. No behavioral questions were asked. Picked 4-5 different situation, mostly extremely ambiguous in nature. The goal was to test how I can break it down and move forward and communicate in executive style

It was quite unusual because I did one first interview with HR and after that they said they wanted move to the next step with me and then they send an e-mail to me asking to fill a questionaire and to propose some dates for the next meeting, what I did in the same day. After 2 weeks without any contact from Google I reached out the person that interviewed me in order to know if the job position was still available or if I that meeting they asked to me to propose dates still would happen but she not even return my message. I can't say that was a great experience...
