Had an interview with the hiring manager where I shared my experience leading enterprise implementations, handling system configuration, testing, client training, and cross-functional collaboration across product, support, and engineering teams.
First I was rejected and then the recruiter reached out and resubmitted my application and scheduled me for a second interview. The recruiter was very nice and professional. However, the second interview was unprofessional. The interviewer was late, unapologetic, argumentative and rude. He was not willing to schedule extra time, but it turns out I would not want to work for him regardless. Credit Karma has a great reputation so I was surprised they would create such an uncomfortable experience for candidates.
