First I submitted my CV and got sent a numerical test. After passing the test I was invited for an asessment centre. In the assessment centre first we did a group project where we had to create a new product for the bank. Second, we had to present ourselves. Those who qualified for the second half of the day continued with an interview with people from the department. This interview was more technical

No questions were too different from the usual. As the role involved a lot of accounting, they tested my knowledge in this area. They also asked questions to see if I had a more conservative or risky profile. For instance (would you rather invest in a company that works with consumer goods and is well established or in a company that is a start-up in the technology industry and could give you a higher return
1 interview, then openday with 3 interviews. First one quite easy, openday a bit intense with different questions and themes approached. Process lasted more than 2 months, however HR was quite helpful and responsive.

Motivation, different types of derivative questions etc.
It was a really good interview process that I really liked and enjoyed doing. The first round was very casual and the questions werent challenging in the slightest. It felt low pressure or stress
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
