Applied for job and received a call about two days later. They had me answer questions regarding my previous employer and the experience. Set up in person interview at the end of the phone call. Was then told that I'd recieve an email confirmation and assessment to complete. Went to 1:1 interview with a manager that following Monday. The interview lasted 30-45m. The manager was very nice and comforting. Had to read a couple paragraphs about the job description, behavioral questions, situational questions, and questions about former employment. The overall experience was relaxed and welcoming.

Name a situation you were presented new information. How did you handle it and what was the results?
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

Really great process for people coming out of college to get to grips with a large financial firm.
There was 2/3 rounds therefore the company got to know you while you got a feel for the ppl you would be with

Entrevista
The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
