Entrevista
First was phone interview - 15 minutes, standard HR questions both in Polish and English. Next was assessment center with work in a group over some problem and an interview with HR specialist about motivation and interests - both in English and Polish. About a week after that I was invited to an "technical" interview - some questions concerning analytical skills.

Multiple stages of interview with local and global stakeholders taking in total several weeks. The experience was generally good. Some meetings were held face to face and some were virtual.

Entrevista
It was a normal process with the 'hurry up and wait' concerns during each step. The employees were nice enough, but I think it is impolite to take phone calls during the interview. I really liked the office because it is very new and high tech. I hear that they give you a lot of time off.
