I applied online; initial interview with HR; in a week or so i received email for interview with hiring manager; after the interview with the hiring manager HR contacted me in around 2 weeks informing me that they decided to continue the hiring process; screening process; offering letter

Why do you want to work for Citi and why on this position?
started with a case interview which is to assess your analytical and critical thinking skills. Mainly behavioral questions on what you would do in certain situations. Nothing very complicated. Just be yourself.

Firstly HR message with questions, then quick call with HR and later interview with 2 managers. Interview took around 1 hour. Everyone was very nice, questions were related to the role

Entrevista
The HR manager contacted me before the interview, and there were 2 female interviewers during the interview. Both of them were quite nice throughout the whole interview process. Everything was ok and it took around 30minutes.
