Entrevista
I had two 30 minute phone interviews. The first interview was with the HR department recruiter. The second interview was with the hiring manager. Pretty basic stuff. Why did I leave my last position? What have I been doing? What was in my past that was appropriate to the new position? They provided an explanation of the position. After weeks of waiting, I was finally informed that the positions req had been cancelled.

Straightforward and to the point. Not many technical questions and mainly more focused on your background and prior experience. May ask behavioral questions related to how you fir in the firm

Entrevista
Interview is conducted 3 times with web tests. Web tests are not difficult but you need to make sure you finish it within a short time. The first interview is after the web test which you passed the web test will receive interview invitation. The first one is recording and the following two are either zoom or in person.

Entrevista
Not a good process. Interviewed and got ghosted after that. No replies from hiring manager or HR. Tried to follow up but to no avail, I believe it works both ways. If a candidate is not chosen, they should be informed. Esp if they have been through the interview process.
