Resume placed in by Employee Referral. Waited 3 weeks for HR Interview. Received Interview by Department Manager, and Technical Interview on same Day, by Project manager. 2 weeks later received Interviews by 2 First Vice President's, and one Director. Then received call from Human Resources with to come in again, and was given a Salary Agreement Letter, and a proposed start date. I accepted the Salary agreement, and sent it in a few days later, and started work about 3 weeks from the Salary agreement. I was told by my referree that they had already made the decision that they wanted me as an employee when I received the 3 other interviews, but these were just a formality at the time.

1. The interviewers were 10 minutes late already 2. So unprofessional, they neither introduced themselves nor did they showed their faces. 3. Asked me questions like write binary search and reverse a string.. like seriously? all these things can be done by any conversational AI these days.. 4. Lack of extreme professionalism.. I bet they could not be able to write a single custom middleware without looking into the internet. These interviewers from citi are still stuck in 1990s, asking irrelevant questions based on their half baked knowledge. No questions on C#, .NET, Angular, Cloud or microservices. When one starts giving interviews, one knows exactly where NOT to apply based on the type of questions asked and the interviewers professionalism. Thanks Citi for making my choice easier and making me understand not to apply again in the organization.
