I had a first round 30-min phone call interview that was mostly technical, although they did ask about my interest in finance and to run them through my resume. They were friendly, but due to the lack of time, there was't much time for conversation.
It was a really good interview process that I really liked and enjoyed doing. The first round was very casual and the questions werent challenging in the slightest. It felt low pressure or stress
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
A few rounds of group interview, some with 1 invigilator, some with a panel, and one one-to-one interview. Interviewers appeared stern and not the most friendly, perhaps to give off a sense of seriousness.
