Typically goes through many rounds. Slow between interviews without hearing back and requires patience / follow up. In most cases ask you to go through your experience. Definitely can be quite different depending on the department or team you meet with.
Two rounds with 3 panel members first round more about general manager background and behavioral questions , 2nd round more technical about my project management experience in regional and global business environments

Was smooth. HR kept us posted of all developments. The number of interviews was not too many. Timely process completions with less waiting time. Overall, at par with other local banks.
