Panel of 3 people, 1 HR advisor, 1 Payroll Manager, 1 Payroll IT Uses the S.T.A.R. interview process I found that the 3 people on the panel were very friendly, professional and good listeners. They gave me time to understand the questions and think about my answers without interruption. Overall I enjoyed meeting with these people and although I didn't get the position, I felt very good about the interview experience with Chevron.
