Online Application, followed by psychometric testing and behavior questions. Then invitation to online recorded interview. Then real interview, including 10 minute presentation on a prescribed topic (1 week to prepare). Overall 1 hr in duration with technical questions

Entrevista
Applied online through the website. Got a call from HR a few weeks later for a phone interview. Was asked to come into the office for a face-to-face interview with HR and technical representatives.
Interview was around 1 hour in length with a mix of behavioural/situational questions + a technical component. The technical topic was revealed a week earlier. You had to prepare a presentation based on the topic and present it on the day.
