Tienen un proceso de selección más que polémico... primero te contactan en horario nocturno... generando una impresión negativa por lo que esa circunstancia representa, la chica que te entrevista no tiene conocimiento y noción de lo que pregunta, por lo que tampoco entiende de lo que le estás hablando, luego te hacen otra entrevista supuestamente "más técnica" y al mes te informan que la búsqueda se encuentra suspendida... muy antiprofesional todo el proceso en general, mejoren sus procesos de búsqueda y selección porque son ineficientes.

Applied online. HR will reach out for a phone interview, if you pass you will receive an invite for an F2F final interview. All in all, everyone was easy to talk to, both management and recruiters.

For a junior role: One round interview with a panel of interviewers (3-5pax) with questions surrounding past experience, situational questions and thought process questions (e.g, breaking down how you would solve a specific problem). For a junior role I believe interviewers are looking for someone with the right fit and attitude, not necessarily the technical skills.

interview process was long and they do based their questions on what is placed on your resume. aside from that there are also technical questions related to accounting. they are also quick to provide feedback about the result
