Initially made contact at an MBA career fair. I was given a behavioral interview that day which went well and I was invited for a second round interview. I was told the second round interview would be a case interview. The second round interview was conducted over the phone two weeks later and was a case interview.

The case interview was extremely difficult. I was 2 months into my MBA and it was basically an M&A case and I did not have the financial acumen at that point in my MBA to answer the question nor was I given any indication it would be that I-Banking heavy in order to prepare adequately.
