There were two rounds of interviews. The first one is with HR which is a quick call wherein they assess how you communicate and articulate your sentences in a purely english conversation. The second one is a panel interview wherein a panel of three (3) Chevron employees will ask you both technical and non-technical skills you listed on your resume and are relevant to your position or in the Chevron culture
