Received a call less than a week before I was expected to fly out to Richmond, VA for an interview. This was about 3 months after filling out the application and no contact had been made prior to being called last minute for the interview. I decided to go anyway. Flight arrived around 4:30 am and had to be ready by 9am for the interview..that was the only time available since I was unable to book in advanced. The process getting to the interview was very stressful and tiring. However, the actual interview day was much better. A group of candidates were put into a waiting room and were greeted by prior associates who gave us a tour of the campus and then took us to lunch. After lunch, we were put into separate rooms and different interviewers would come in and out for their own 30-45 minute sessions. Feedback was fast, heard back the next day.
