Entire process takes 2-4 weeks 1. Get an email to schedule a call with the recruiter 2. Speak with recruiter to talk about the position and yourself, then they'll send you a coding assessment on CodeSignal 3. Take the CodeSignal assessment and schedule a call with recruiter 4. They'll let you know if you passed and then schedule a Power Day if so 5. Recruiter will email you asking to talk on the phone and give you some feedback. If you passed the Power Day they'll schedule a call with a hiring manager (they usually have multiple teams with the same role) 6. Speak with hiring manager and then your recruiter will call you after. If everything went well with the hiring manager, then they'll talk with HR for an offer 7. Get an offer Overall, I think the interview process is a great experience and yes you'll be exhausted after your power day. Make sure to pick a language you can use efficiently, because you need to be fast (1 hour per interview). Also, make sure to practice system design, obviously use AWS services in your design since that's what they use.
