The interview process had 4 stages. The first was the screening interview with HR. A 30 minute call just getting to know the candidate. The first round was a Job Fit interview with a peer of the position. It lasted an hour and was made up of behavioural type questions about past challenges similar to the job. The 2nd round was a system design exercise, where you have to explain in real time how you would build a system to address a random problem assigned at the start of the interview. The 3rd round included meeting the VP in charge of the Toronto organization and another job fit interview with HR.

Applied through their web site, initial contact from a recruited came several days later. He had some general questions and scheduled a phone screen with the hiring manager. That conversation went well and they invited me for an on-site all-day interview. Apparently they have these super-interview-days, so you need to plan ahead. In the meantime they sent me a link to an online test to take - several java coding problems, which, I thought, was weird, based on the job description. Nevertheless, according to the recruiter I passed that one.
The onsite interview consisted of five 45 minute sessions: 2 behavioral - a series of "tell me about a time you ..." questions, 2 job fit - just a chat with the interviewer and a test case - pretty simple business case with a break even point calculation.
