The process was two days. The first day was as follows. We arrived in the evening at the Nylo Hotel at Legacy in Plano and had dinner with younger employees of the company (future co-workers). The next day, at around 8AM, we went by bus to the Capital One Campus across the street. We were each given an individual office to occupy, and we either sat in the office or watched TV in the lounge waiting for our interviewers to arrive. At about 9:00AM, my interviewer arrived and I had a behavioral interview. This interview focused on the "soft skills." They basically wanted to discuss concrete life examples where I had to deal with challenges, pressure, adversity, conflict, and so forth. The second and third interviews were rigorous and quantitative. The interviewer began by describing a business, and the interview proceeded to focus first on qualitative questions about the business (i.e., what are some ways to make this business more profitable) and then later on concrete, quantitative questions, (i.e., calculate for me exactly how much more or less profitable this business would be if condition X, Y, Z).
