I applied through my university and then had to take an online math/reasoning test, nothing too hard. I interviewed on my campus and was given a simple case about credit cards and APR, no behavioral questions at all. I was given a call that same day that I qualified for final rounds in Plano. The night before final round interviews, there was a dinner with a few new business analysts (who were not the same as the interviewers) and all applicants from my school (4). The next day, it was just the 4 of us on the Plano campus. We each had to take another math test (15 questions, easier than first test), 2 case interviews, and 1 behavioral interview. The case interviews were pretty easy just like the first round one. However, the guy who gave the behavioral interview was very socially awkward and couldn't even form questions correctly. It was definitely not an interactive behavioral type interview. He would just ask the question and I would give the answer to no response. None of us out of the 4 were given an offer, unfortunately.
