Very simple and straightforward. There is multiple interviews that try to see if you are the best fit for the specific job. Ask you questions about your past experience and how you used it to grow in your work ethic

I just spent my whole night completing an assessment for what seemed like a call center role, only to be rejected immediately after answering personal questions about my high school education, age, and when I started providing for myself. It felt incredibly uncomfortable and awkward. This experience was violating, and to top it off, I got immediately denied by a computer and told to apply again in 6 months. I won’t be doing that.
