Applied online. First a phone screen with HR where she scheduled my first round case interview. The first round case interview was over Zoom and the interviewer walked into the case interview with very little introductions and no behavioral questions at all. She read through the details of the case pretty quickly and as I was giving my answers, gave no feedback as to if my answers were satisfactory. I thought I got to the right answer at the end but no invite to the next round so I guess not. She ended the call abruptly so I left it with a bad feeling. Overall a negative experience.

Ok now assume that the day is split into surge and non-surge demand hours. Non-surge demand lasts 4 hours and has 800 rides. Surge demand lasts another 4 hours and has 1,600 rides. Assume you can only hire drivers for the full day. How much would you need to charge during surge hours to breakeven on your profit from the first question?
Recruiter Call, Mini Case and then a power day with 2 case studies and 1 product case study. Process was overall smooth. Appropriate documents and resources were provided to prep for the interview.

First, Screening call: the HR simply walked you thru the interview process and schedule the next round of interview - mini-case. I haven't done the mini case yet. Mini case, just search online for potential cases and prepare for it.
