1 Behavioral interview for 45 minutes followed by a power day with 1 behavioral, 1 job fit and 1 case interview. All 45 minutes. Process is very smooth and recruiter always stayed in contact. Even provided a power day virtual buddy. My case study was nothing like the Youtube video.

Very positive candidate experience. Everyone is very helpful.
For the case - just do some practice online through youtube, practice talking out loud to explain your though process.

I wish the interview process was faster. It was difficult to connect to some of the interviewers during it, most were stone cold which is surprising for capital one especially since they recruited me initially

First round was a behavioral interview. If you move on to the second round you have a Power day which consist of 3 interviews. Another behavioral, job fit, & case interview.
