I was asked to submit a case study they send you. I passed and did the first interview with a Director. It was a case study very focused on calculations. I received after some day a green light for the next step. I gave some availabilities. No answer for 3 weeks. Then I received the rejection e-mail. Not even the personal e-mail from the recruiter or a phone call. I wrote for explanation, but again no reply... The worst application experience I have ever had
