I applied through my college career site and was called for an on campus interview. This interview lasted 30 mins and consisted of behavioral questions. After about a week, I was invited to the West Creek campus for a power day. I was given a tour of the campus and treated to lunch before the interviews. There were three interviews, one behavioral, one case and one job fit.

1st Round - Behavioral 2nd Round - Super day - Case, Behavioral, and Job Fit interviews Very positive candidate experience. Everyone is very helpful. For the case - just do some practice online through youtube, practice talking out loud to explain your though process.
