The interviewing process was great. I applied in February via the website and heard back in early March. The initial phone "interview" was just a screening to see if I was able to work in the US/asking a little bit about my background in tech/setting up the interview time. They flew me out two weeks later to their campus (everything paid for, $75 per day for expenses). The morning of I shuttled with another interviewee from the hotel to the campus. We started with a tour and lunch with a current TDP, which took a little over an hour; this helped relax all of us. They were really trying to show off the campus and talk up the company. I was the only candidate who hadn't been reached out to by a recruiter and was also the only one who wasn't an engineering major (though I do attend a target school). All of my interviewers were great. They seemed super interested in what I was talking about and really seemed engaged in the process - it was more conversational than anything. I struggled some with the case interview (and got caught up on some really easy math), but ultimately got the right answer with about 20 minutes left. My interview was Friday and I got my offer on Tuesday. After you get the offer they'll have you do a background check and then you get your signing bonus.

Applied online. First round interview with recruiter. Behavioral questions. Tell me about yourself. Why capital one? why are you interested in this position? Questions based in resume and projects you have worked on. Heard back after a week.
