I applied online through both through university's career portal and on their site. I got an email within a week requesting I go to one of their locations for an interview. Travel expenses were covered, along with a generous $75/day for food. At the headquarters, we started off with a tour and lunch that lasted about an hour. The TDP reps were very nice and answered any questions we had. Then came the interviews: three 45min ones - a behavioral, technical and case. I felt as though I did not have enough time to efficiently complete the technical, but even though I struggled with the second question, I expressed my thoughts verbally and was able to work my way through it despite setbacks. Behavioral was pretty standard. The case was unexpected and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. No calculations, but we had to apply reasoning and knowledge to technical concepts to come up with a solution. Overall, a good experience. I heard back from my recruiter a day later.
