I interviewed over lunch for job fit and met with another 5 interviewers which were behavioral. They were all one on one interviews. The questions were standard type behavioral questions about handling conflict or a problems on a project. The screener interview was very basic about job fit. The hardest part about the process was the testing. The recruiter gave me feed back within 2 days that I was a better candidate in a different business department. Recruiter was responsive but did wait a long time to find about if they had a better fit position for me at the time.
