Overall, the process at Capital One is very thorough and takes a bit of time. First there was a call with an internal recruiter, who was actually very helpful. HR guides the process at Capital One. Then I met with the hiring manager and had a second interview with the group manger. After that, I had a full day in McLean with 8 different people consisting of 3 case interviews and 5 fit interviews. Overall the cases were fairly mathy and strategic.
