I submitted an application via Indeed.com, and I had already given up by the time they contacted me. I didn't hear back until 2 months after I applied. First, you will receive an email to schedule a phone interview. If you pass this, you move on to the next step. When I applied, they were hiring through a staffing agency, so I had to take a data entry test there.
Once this was completed, I met them on site, and completed a basic math test, and an English grammar test. They even give you a tour of the office, and let you listen in on a few calls to see what you will be doing.
After the tour, they review your scores on the data entry, math, and grammar tests, and these all have a minimum score for employment. Basic computer knowledge is also required. You will find out if you have the job at the end of the on-site interview.

They make you take a data entry test, a basic math skill test, and an English grammar test. They also ask you about your customer service experience, and what makes you qualified for the job. Overall it was a very casual interview.

Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

What experience I have, where I live etc - they told me it wasn't a real interview since they had already hired who they wanted.
the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview.
The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
