      I was contacted by Jason Bjorgo, an amazing Booking.com recruiter. First started with a quick phone call from Jason asking me simple questions and telling me about the company and the training. Then I was scheduled for face to face interview including two 10-minutes computer assessment tests (English and Bi-lingual), job shadow with Customer Service Representative, interviewing with 4 leader teams, then a tour of facility. Jason greeted me at the beginning, informed me very well about the interview process, and walked me through till the end. Then I was offered the job right at the spot. The two assessment tests were easier than I expected. It consisted some reading and grammar test for both languages and all multiple-choice with each 10 minutes timing. The job shadow part allowed you to talk to the person in the role you were applying and tested your oral bi-lingual skill. I was interviewed by Jason and 3 different leaders from different countries. They asked mostly behavioral questions in customer service and team work role. The tour facility allowed you to see the company culture and all the people in the office. Overall, the interview process was really positive and relaxing although it lasted about 2 hours. Jason did such a fantastic job. This is the best interview experience I have had. I truly love the company culture, very diverse and teamwork atmosphere. You could see a lot people from all over the world in Booking.com. I am motivated to be a part of this fun, family team and can't wait to start my training soon.

      Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

      the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

      The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
