Behavioral questions. Really simple, just use STAR interview format and tie in any relevant experience no matter how minor, they are most focused on the thought process over the actual difficulty of task.

All interview questions are behavior based. They want all responses in the form of Problem, Solution, and outcome. Went through one resume review and then a group interview. The group interview lasted about 45 minutes to an hour.

Phone screening asking personality and situational questions. There was a panel of 2 guys asking questions. Had to call in to make the appointment. Two to three weeks time to find out whether moving forward or not.
