They emailed me asking to set up an interview date. Then sent a questionnaire about my location ect. They use the STAR method.

Behavioral questions. Really simple, just use STAR interview format and tie in any relevant experience no matter how minor, they are most focused on the thought process over the actual difficulty of task.

Phone screening asking personality and situational questions. There was a panel of 2 guys asking questions. Had to call in to make the appointment. Two to three weeks time to find out whether moving forward or not.
