Phone screening asking personality and situational questions. There was a panel of 2 guys asking questions. Had to call in to make the appointment. Two to three weeks time to find out whether moving forward or not.

Describe a problem you encountered at one of your jobs and list the steps you took to solve it?
Behavioral questions. Really simple, just use STAR interview format and tie in any relevant experience no matter how minor, they are most focused on the thought process over the actual difficulty of task.

Name a time when you had to lead a project or role?
They emailed me asking to set up an interview date. Then sent a questionnaire about my location ect. They use the STAR method.
About 5-7 questions related to the requirements and your experience.Took about 45min
