The recruitment process at Accenture involved four stages. The first was an assessment test, followed by a coding round. After clearing those, there was a communication skills evaluation, and the final stage was the interview, which covered various aspects of my project work, internship experience, and problem-solving abilities

I recently interviewed at Accenture, and the experience was smooth and professional. The interviewer focused on my project work, how I handled team conflicts, challenges faced, and the key differences in my projects. They also discussed my internship experience, extracurricular activities, and my least favorite subject. Overall, it was an insightful and well-structured interview
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
