The interviewer seemed somewhat reserved and perhaps not in the best spirits, which I sensed early in our conversation. I made an effort to bring a positive dynamic to the interaction, though it appeared the structure of the interview might not have fully supported an equitable assessment of my abilities. I understand these situations are not personal, yet I felt the process could have been more effectively organized.

Very easy, 2 steps of interview. First one is with hr for screening, very general questions about future goals, why this company etc. second is star method behavorial questions. They give an answer in a couple of days.

The interview process takes lot of time none of the hrs manage to follow-up every task must be done by self, no one bothers to update details. They hire in bulk and fire in bulk so think before joining
