We had an online exam of aptitude and Logical reasoning questions.600 students were shortlisted for the interview.Five applicants were interviewed by 2 HR personnel at the same time.The interview will never be technical one as the applicants may not be from the same branch.My group had ( one each from CSE,Civil,ECE,MCA and Mech(myself))

They asked us to introduce ourselves.We were asked to present on a topic.We did the presentation on Breaking bad.The interviewer asked us about the most interesting incident of life.4 out of five students were selected.They check your confidence and communication skills

Attitude is the key! No matter the amount of technical knowledge you have, it does not matter, if you do not fit with them, They’re looking for potential managers who can see the big picture and lead their company

Expect further questions, for instance just saying, “I want to lead a team in 3 years” would be replied by “What exactly do you mean by ‘leading’”?
They check for deeper understanding and not top-of-the-box answers, don’t worry, just take some time and think before you answer

It is a good experience recurring team did their job good. It is of three rounds and it is done very fast interviewer was good and there is the this round which is very import and everyone should prepare this round very carefully and be prepared
