Interview is long process, have 4-5 rounds. There filtering is very deep i felt. The first round was aptitude and Technical round which cover wide topics from system administration, networking, cloud etc.. The second round was communication round, where they test your accent, grammar and fluency in English. The third round was Technical Managerial round which is face to face, they as technical questions frok your previously used technologies and also dig little deep onto your core knowledge. 4th round was HR round, which test your atitude, communication etc. It took around 1 month to go through all this round, my advice is to prepare well before you attend interview else it will be difficult to make through.
