Screening Interview:

Job Offer:
Extended to the successful candidate after the interview process.
Includes details about the role, compensation, benefits, and other relevant information.
Often subject to the successful completion of a background check and other pre-employment requirements.
Background Check:
Conducted by the employer to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the candidate.
Checks may include employment history, criminal records, education credentials, and professional licenses.
The job offer may be contingent on the successful completion of the background check.

Relatively quick. This was for a contract position and the recruiter was very communicative and supportive. Didn't take very long to get next steps and interview questions were very simply.

Entrevista
The process was well-structured and transparent. It began with an initial screening interview (online) focused on experience and motivation for the role. Interviewers were professional, friendly, and gave candidates space to ask questions. Communication throughout the process was timely, with clear expectations set at each stage.
