The interview process is quite in-depth and requires multiple steps. There is a screening test, an interview with the recruiter, interview with department lead, and then a project before the final decision. After making it to the project presentation round and submitting my completed presentation, I was ghosted by the company.

Make a secondary research, review reports and white papers, check for trends in the L&D field, analyze sources of information and prepare consise, short (max. 5 slides) presentation responding to the above question. We expect you to deliver this presentation to us in the time frame of one week.

The interview was very streamlined and seamless. There were 4 rounds, HR, Assessment, technical and salary negotiation. The HRs were constantly in touch and helpful throughout. Great interviewing with Accenture.

Long and the documentation work was very tiring and it was a waste of time. Not worth it. The entire interviewing process has to be streamlined. Really very irritating and annoying.
